Talk about hurricane heroes. Our generator was totally flooded by Ian. Bo's technician came out, worked on it for 2 hours, and got it running! Our neighbors used another company to install their post-Irma generator. Bo's got theirs running, and then stopped by our house just to check on how we were doing. Thank you team Bo's! We had our full house going until FPL got up and running.

If you are spending a lot of money on a whole house generator the integrity of the company that you purchase from is important. At the height of the hurricane, I called Bo's Electric and the owner Steve answered the phone. He PATIENTLY walk me through the process of resetting my generator. He told me that, if possible, someone would be out the next day to check up with me. Even though half of the streetlights were still out, Bo's showed up the next day. If you purchase a generator from Bo's I'm pretty sure that you will be pleased. I know I am!

Great experience from start to finish. We had a whole home generator installed with a propane tank and each part of the process was handled by experienced, proficient and courteous workers. They showed up when they said they would show up and completed the job in a timely manner. We haven't had to call on the generator for emergency use yet, but it starts up every week on the specific hour for its weekly test run.

After taking 3 estimates I chose Bo’s. Best choice, Veteran owned. Briggs and Stratton have always been reliable engines. Salesman Frank was just... great explaining and working with me. Permitting went smooth and work started quickly after. Roger and Coco began the electrical work. What a great team they make. Answered all questions and were professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable. Next was Josh for the gas and all went as it should. Had a small hiccup afterward and Tommy and his partner showed up and had me up and running in no time. What a great company to deal with ! I believe Bo’s has the best crews and office personnel. A great decision on my part !read more

I am a current customer of service as well as a customer of installed products. I will begin by saying Bo's work is Top Notch A+. My Electricians... Roger & Coco, (sounds like a night club act), shouldn't be in the field. Their customer service skills should elevate them into running their department. As electricians, what matters is they rocked this place. They explained the whole process A-Z. They were here for a while, so kept me updated. Answered any questions, didn't make me feel ?, for asking, and followed up when they didn't know.Installation of all equipment was professional. Permitting obviously takes forever, but not something controlled by them or me. Site was always left clean between work hours, except the grass where the huge tank is buried, but an easy fix.I guess only thing missing was more communication. Ie: I wanted more work done, asked for quotes, and never received those. That's OK, They did what I hoped them to do exceptionally well. I wouldn't install a generator without checking with Bo's first and last.read more

The reason for the two star review was due to the long wait for the whole house generator to be installed. Deposit June 7,2023 and install not... started until January 4, 2024. Unit up and running with no problems February 21,2024. We had to contact the company to check on the install date. A phone call from the office explaining the delay would have been greatly appreciated. They did return my calls but I always had to call first.Once the install began, I would give the company 5 stars. Great job to the electricians Roger and Coco, Donnie the gas technician and Matt and Hudson on fixing the remaining few problems. I hope I have mentioned and given credit to all the crew involved in the installation.read more

Bo’s Electric recently installed a Briggs and Stratton Generator for me. They came and gave me a fair estimate. Their friendly staff did all the... paperwork including the HOA requirements. They were knowledgeable and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner (Erin and Katie). The workers showed up as scheduled. Roger the electrician was extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail about this new equipment and the electrical panel and answered any questions I had. He even checked back after the job was completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and to see if I had any questions regarding the generator. The owner also called me after the completion of the job to also make sure I was happy with the installation and that I was satisfied with everything. He reassured me of his dedication to his product and his company. I would definitely recommend Bo’s Electric.I would also like to include Roger and Coco the electricians and Brandon the gas technician for their outstanding work as well.read more

I had Bo's Electric install a generator for us two weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the install and final product. The two electricians, Roger... and Coco were very polite, professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and were very detail oriented. Brandon, (Gas Technician) who buried the tank in our front yard, was great to work with and again, very polite and professional. He worked diligently all day until the tank install was completed. Overall my experience was very positive from start to finish with the generator install and David Jenkins (Salesman) was very thorough and did a great job in explaining the generators and different brands. I would highly recommend Bo's Electric if you are interested in purchasing a generator.read more
