Get installation from one company for all aspects. Install only took 6 hours! WOW! Everyone knowledgeable and helpful. Crew consisted of the following members: Roger (electrician), Coco (electrician), Neptali (gas technician),and Steve (gas technician). Great job, could no be more pleased.

I would like to give a shout out to Roger (electrician), Coco (electrician), and Nepali (gas technician) at Bo’s. They installed my generator today, worked very hard, answered my dozens of questions with kindness and a smile, cleaned up after the job was finished, and tested the equipment before they left. Thank you.

Bo's Electric did a fantastic job installing our Generac generator. Roger (electrician) called the day before to run through the actual installation and promptly showed up with his co-electrician (Coco) as promised the next morning. Installation was a breeze as both electricians knew exactly what/how to do the installation. Roger was also very personal and willing to answer all/any questions regarding the installation/generator. Neptali (gas technician) arrived during the electric part of the installation as he was on deck to complete the gas component installation. All work was done in a professional matter and the clean-up makes it appear as the generator was always there. I would highly recommend Roger/Coco/Neptali!

what a joke! My technician (Nick Stillo) was 5 hours late, stayed 15 minutes (half of which was spend on the phone, getting an umbrella set up and smoking) - didn't check the panel, didn't change the oil etc, etc. For $695 that's $46 a minute - Diamond Package of no value!

Top notch service staff. Roger called me the Night before to let me know they were coming, the morning of to let me know they were on there way and provided all the information I needed to make sure that the installation would go smoothly. As the electricians, Roger and Coco did a great job putting together all the pieces parts necessary and Natali and his crew did a great job installing the gas lines ( trenching, digging and replacing all the turf). Within hours, it looked like nobody had ever been here.Look forward to the propane being loaded into our new tank and hopefully we will never have to use it.Thanks to the entire Bo’s team

My installation team of Roger, Coco and Neptali were exceptional. Really good explanations through the whole process! Very knowledgeable and personable. My salesman Frank was also great. Without Frank I may not still have a generator.If I could do more than one review I would give their process 1 star. It took me 11 months and 2 hurricanes for installation. Their standard answer when I asked for updates was “it’s in permitting”. After waiting 6 months with this response I called the city and found out my address had no permit application on file. I called the salesman, Frank and he got things moving for me. It took another call to Frank to get any real answers from the office. Constant no calls back and emails going unanswered.It looks like I have a good product but I sure wouldn’t recommend them.

Very pleased with the customer service provided by the whole install team. They cleaned up after themselves and explained as they went along. Roger called the day before with a reminder call. He and Coco arrived promptly at 6:00 am. After two hours the gas technicians, Neptali and Steve showed up. Then Austin came in for the installation of the mobile link and demonstrated the unit. Every one of them was polite, professional and very nice. I obviously recommend this company.

yes i signed a contract in December 2024 and paid a deposit, at the time i was told the generator was is stock by the sales person who is no longer with the company, i have called many times to get no answers or any updates, not a happy camper with the service so far lets hope it all ends up ok, i enjoyed the salesman Jim, sold me on Bos electric, i have just been told the generator has been shipped, not sure on a install day waiting to get a date, communication has been tuff with this company

Amazing installation crew. Roger-electrician called me the night before to discuss the installation process. They were professional, personable and extremely efficient. Very impressed with the clean up, as well , after the installation. Thank you Roger, Coco (electrician) and Nepali - Gas Technician for an excellent experience.

Really disappointed in the service received and the miscommunication and lack of accountability. Sales person promised things that made day of install very difficult for me, the techs on site did not communicate properly to me and cut my internet line, denied it, and left my yard a mess. Then the ops manager who I spoke to twice blew me off, did not take me seriously, and said someone would come back out Monday to walk me through the app and set up of the generator. Its Friday, no call, no show, I reached out no response but they were quick to send me a bill to pay my invoice. Im happy to have the generator, but regret giving them my business. Stay away if you're looking for high end service and communication

Just had my Bo’s Electric home generator installed today. The process was incredibly easy and the workers that included Roger Coco and Nepali were great to work with. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering a generator.

Can't seem to figure out how to get a building permit approved. It's been over a month since yhey 1st submitted for my permit through the city. It's still not approved. Is it totally incompetence or lack of care by the employees. I've talked to several contractors they don't understand why BO's is taking so long to get Ema permit approved. When I converse to a supervisor all I get is permits are holding it up. Not true as far as I'm concerned. If I knew the way I was going to bee treated I would have signed a contract with them. If they don't respond to me soon my next step is to go to the news media.

Id give 0 if I could. Bo's Electric collected $1900 deposit from my 83 year old mother in November 2024. She was concerned about losing power again after Hurricane season 2024. We waited for 2 months and did not receive any contact attempts from Bo's. In January I reached out and spoke to Chelsea. She assured me and reassured me that she'd be on top of it and help expedite the process. Weeks pass and again no attempts to contact us with an update. Late February I called again and they claimed they were waiting on the permits from the town. I called the town and they informed me the request for payment of the permits was in fact sent 02/28 and they were waiting on the payment from Bo's. I called Bo's and Chelsea first lied and said they were waiting on the town. After I told her I spoke to the town she changed her story and said she'd make sure it got paid by the following week.I called the town March 31 and Bo's still hadn't paid for the permits. My mother has left several messages and by now they haven't been very nice but not 1 person from Bo's has returned any of her calls. I will be contacting the Floridas Attorney General Office, Florida's Department of Consumer Affairs, Florida's Department of Elderly Abuse and the BBB. This company should be ashamed. Disgusted and Angry consumer.

I had a crazy good experience with Bo’s Electric. I had a large standby generator installed for our house. The process was smooth. The team came in this morning (Roger, Coco and Neptali). They were professional, efficient and accommodating. I am a picky customer! Communication was great. I can’t imagine a better experience. Thanks

Had a 40K Generac generator installed. The work was performed effieciently and very neatly. The work force included Roger and Coco who were electricians and Neptali the Gas technician. They were very helpful in explaining the whole process.

Wow - talk about a smooth installation process. The entire team that were a part of the install of our whole house generator did a fabulous job. Roger called the night before the install to make sure we were ready. They all worked together like a "well oiled machine". They cleaned up everything when the install was complete thus not leaving us anything to do!! Thanks to them all (Roger, Coco, Neptali and Steve). I hope whoever has the next install gets this team!

The sales process exceeded my expectations and the installation guys were awesome but then the trouble began. No one coordinated with TECO, electric service provider, to disconnect the power so they could complete the electrical connection. It has been 2 weeks since the installation and the only call i received back is to set up the mobile link. He called me to let me know that the electrical part was incomplete. Laura, the lady i spoke with today has been the most helpful and she let me know there is still nothing scheduled with TECOUPDATE - 03/20/2025Bo's Electric called yesterday, and the problem has been resolved, Jacob showed up today and completed the work, thank you Bo's Electric

Bo's Electric installed a brand new generator in our home. Roger, Coco, and Neptali were fantastic. They called the day before our appointment to confirm arrival time. They were on time and had everything up and running in a couple of hours. The whole team at Bo's has done a great job for us and I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a generator.

We signed a contract in August 2024 and were told 6-8 weeks, still no generator. The excuses they kept making up about paperwork and then not even submitting the permits! Even after that it was one after another failure on their part. Look at the BBB at all the complaints and they are so similar.It keeps getting better yet another denied permit this makes number four and now they aren't responding.

Roger called night before to let me know they he was coming the next day and came right on time. Coco, Neptali& Shawn did a great job installing the gas and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm writing this review in March of 2025. My experience with Bo's since July of 2024 has been so-so. It's been frustrating at times but I really can't tell if it was because of them or the City of Cape Coral. We signed our contract and gave our deposit back in July 2024 after we had Matthew come out and give us our estimate which seemed fair. Back in July 2024 Bo's only had 4-5 star reviews and we liked how they were a "family" owned company. Fast forward to October of 2024 when we started growing impatient on the progress of our permits, we started noticing people complaining about them on google reviews and facebook neighborhood groups. It was then that was realized maybe we made a huge mistake but we gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe we would be different.Then the months kept going on and soon it was Dec 2024 and then January 2025 and getting our permit was no where in sight. It seemed every time the permits were resubmitted to the city they came back rejected because something was missing or it was submitted wrong. Once again, I couldn't tell if Bo's was slacking and not doing it properly or the city was just being ridiculous taking forever and not telling them every thing Bo's needed to know about proper submittal. Every time I called Bo's I would get the excuse "Cape Coral permitting is ridiculous and it takes forever to get anything issued... please be patient". After being patient and patient and more patient and MANY MANY phone calls from ME to the city of Cape Coral and to Bo's... we finally got both of our permits for the gas and electrical issued in March 2025. Literally the same day they were issued, I was called to get the generator install scheduled which happened to be only 3-4 days later. So once they finally got the permits, the install went very fast.I will have to say, Brittany in the office was absolutely fabulous and was the only person keeping me sane and keeping me informed. She was a doll and just listened to my frustrations when the permitting process was taking forever.The day of install was a long day, the electrical crew was out early around 8:15 starting everything and soon the gas crew showed up to start digging trenches for the pipes. Everything seemed to be done around 3pm but the excavator for digging the hole for the propane tank wasn't coming until 4:30pm so some of the crew literally had to hang around until then. By 5:15pm everything was done... it was a long day but everything looks great. So all in all were happy everything is done but it did take forever. Once again I don't know if it was Bo's was failing on getting everything together and taking really slow or if the City of Cape Coral is really that awful with communicating what they really need.

We signed a contract in July 2024 to have a Generac generator installed. However, it’s March 2025, and we still haven’t received the generator. Despite multiple escalations, we haven’t received any communication or follow-up. I’ve called the sales representative multiple times, and they assured me that the issue had been escalated and that everyone was working on it. However, no manager or person in any position to rectify has reached out to us. The only party in this transaction that has kept their end of the deal was us when we wrote a check.It’s been nine months, and all communication has been initiated by me. They never respond or follow up. They make promises but don’t keep them. I’ve already notified Generac that their brand is being tarnished by this dealer.I’m beyond frustrated with Bo’s Electric. If you do business with them, be prepared to face significant challenges in getting anything done.

I contacted this company for a generator in Feb of 2024 we met agreed on a price 27000 and I was told it would be installed in 3 months . After not hearing a word in September I called and cancelled and asked for my 5000 deposit back and was told that I wouldnt be getting that back . My lawyer will be dealing with that . So i certainly would stay clear of this company

Roger & Coco electricians did excellent work call day before set up time and explained process worked quickly and double checked their install. Very good workers.Netali did a nice job on the gas and cleaned up well.

Roger called the night before installation of our whole house generator to let us know the time to expect them. The next morning they were right on the button. We couldn't be happier with the service from Roger and Coco, the electricians and Neptali, the gas technician. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner while being careful to clean up when they were finished. When the electrical part was complete, Roger explained everything to us and answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Bo's Electric.

They were reviewed on Yelp and now I’m sharing the review on their website…..Roger, Coco and Neptali were ALL top notch and very professional. Dressed professional and easy to understand. Communication via email from the beginning to conformation phone calls about installation date to evening before call and text to go over start to finish window.They arrived this morning at the time stated and were mindful of our home and plantings around the generator site. Start to finish was 4 hours!When the job was finished they completed a walk through showing how it will operate and we’re now ready for the season in SW Florida.Thanks again guys…you’re the best!!
