Very pleased with the customer service provided by the whole install team. They cleaned up after themselves and explained as they went along. Roger called the day before with a reminder call. He and Coco arrived promptly at 6:00 am. After two hours the gas technicians, Neptali and Steve showed up. Then Austin came in for the installation of the mobile link and demonstrated the unit. Every one of them was polite, professional and very nice. I obviously recommend this company.

Our dealings with Bo's Electric was top notch from start to finish! Our sales person, Mike was great. He showed up early and went over everything he was going to look at and get us a quote. We had a quote before he left. He explained how the generator would function and how the process would be from purchase to install. Roger and Coco were awesome!! They were both very friendly and professional. It is a pretty good size investment for peace of mind during a power outage caused by someone hitting a transformer or the worst, having to ride out a hurricane...make sure you use someone you can trust to do the job right! From start to finish this has been one of the smoothest home improvement projects that I've experienced. It began with an introduction text message and phone call the night before explaining timing and the various installation steps that would take place. NEVER before have I had any service give an arrival time and actually arrive to the minute. WOW! They quietly went about their business but taking time as needed to answer all the questions I had. With the exception of the new generator in place, all areas that the team worked in were left as if they had never been touched.
