Bo’s Electric has been exceptional in customer support. They installed a whole house generator system for us and it has worked perfectly. The day before Hurricane Ian hit our area, there was a glitch in the automatic run up. When we called, we were assisted over the phone with troubleshooting the problem and was back online in no time. During the hurricane and 5 days subsequently, it ran flawlessly! On day 4 which was a Saturday we called Bo’s Electric concerned about running out of propane. Even though it was a day they are normally not open, Steve answered the phone ready to help his customers! He assisted us in getting an urgent fill request into Amerigas and 2 days later we had propane delivered! Thank you to Bo’s Electric for your outstanding service!!
